Responsibility
- Maintain accurate production records, including inventory logs, work orders, and shipment documentation.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow and order fulfillment.
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production metrics, delays, and resource utilization.
- Monitor stock levels and alert supervisors to potential shortages or excesses to optimize inventory.
- Assist in scheduling production runs and adjusting timelines based on priority and capacity.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments, including quantities, specifications, and documentation.
- Enter and update data in ERP or production management systems with high attention to detail.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting process enhancements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or logistics clerk role (or similar administrative position in a related industry).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP or inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal) to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of supply chain processes and production workflows.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
