Responsibility
- Assist in the daily operations of the production line, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
- Support the production team in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in troubleshooting minor production issues and escalate concerns to supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, downtime, and quality checks.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and quality control, to ensure seamless operations.
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic understanding of production processes and machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing production demands.
