Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise production teams to ensure on-time, high-quality output in alignment with company standards.
  • Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with the Japanese Manager to implement strategic initiatives and report on key performance metrics.
  • Enforce strict adherence to safety, quality control, and environmental regulations in all production activities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, maintenance, quality assurance) to resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Develop and train staff to enhance technical skills, productivity, and teamwork.
  • Oversee inventory management, material planning, and resource allocation to meet production targets.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance operational performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in production management within the manufacturing, film, or chemical industries.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 20+ personnel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control systems (e.g., ISO, TQM), and safety protocols.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Japanese is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and production management software.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
