Responsibility
- Assist in labelling, packing, and assembly of electronic components and products to meet quality standards.
- Support warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock organization, and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate local deliveries and logistics, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of goods.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace in compliance with company and industry regulations.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) and assist with loading/unloading shipments.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Assist in documenting production activities, including tracking inventory levels and reporting discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics/manufacturing is a plus.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, production, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures.
- Physical stamina to lift/move items up to 20-25 kg and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., data entry, inventory software) and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime, to meet operational demands.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
