Responsibility
- Develop detailed architectural designs and construction documents using Revit and BIM software.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and designers to ensure design intent is accurately translated into constructible models.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues between architectural, structural, and MEP models.
- Prepare and review shop drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Optimize BIM workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy in project delivery.
- Provide technical support and training to junior team members on Revit and BIM best practices.
- Participate in project meetings and present design solutions to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Licensed Architect with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
- Proficient in Revit and BIM software; experience with AutoCAD and other design tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and precision in design documentation.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects is highly desirable.
