As a Production Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our manufacturing processes, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating smooth communication between production teams and management. Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate production data, including work orders, material usage, and output tracking.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely completion of orders and adherence to quality standards.
- Organize and file production-related documents, including invoices, purchase orders, and compliance records.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, and liaise with procurement for restocking.
- Assist in scheduling production activities to optimize workflow and meet deadlines.
- Ensure all administrative processes comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in documentation and reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in production administration, manufacturing support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with jewelry manufacturing processes or the fashion/accessories industry is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
