As a Production Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining the consistency and accuracy of critical documentation, streamlining processes, and supporting cross-functional teams to enhance productivity. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will directly contribute to the efficiency of our production lines and supply chain operations.

Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to streamline workflows and resolve administrative bottlenecks.
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
- Assist in inventory tracking, material requisition, and supply chain documentation to support seamless operations.
- Organize and archive physical and digital files, ensuring easy retrieval and data integrity.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and documentation exchange.
- Monitor and update production schedules, ensuring alignment with delivery timelines and resource availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or operational support role within manufacturing, logistics, or a similar industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with production documentation, inventory management, or quality control processes is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Badung, Bali, with occasional travel to other locations as needed.
