Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for HVAC products, tailored to various audiences including sales teams, technicians, and customers.
- Create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learning modules.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and webinars to ensure participants gain practical knowledge and skills.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, making improvements as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in HVAC technology and industry trends to ensure training content remains current and relevant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to align training initiatives with business goals.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainees, addressing questions and challenges to reinforce learning.
- Travel to various locations within Bali and potentially other regions to conduct training sessions as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training, technical support, or a related role within the HVAC or electrical appliances industry.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical appliances, and their technical specifications.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Proficient in creating training materials using tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, or e-learning platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and other regions as needed.
