Responsibility
- Perform condition assessments and diagnostics on electric motors and automation systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for electric motors.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product design and reliability.
- Document technical findings and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Conduct training sessions for customers and staff on product usage and maintenance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in electric motor technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in diagnosing and maintaining electric motors and automation systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
