Responsibility
- Develop and implement product strategies to drive sales and market penetration in Bali.
- Conduct product training and presentations for healthcare professionals and internal teams.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling product campaigns.
- Gather and analyze market feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies for all medical equipment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals and clinics.
- Monitor competitive products and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for product-related inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, sales, or marketing, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of medical equipment and healthcare market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
