Responsibility
- Conduct product training and educational sessions for healthcare professionals on blood therapy products.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and medical staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase product adoption and market penetration in assigned regions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Monitor and report on product performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all product-related activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, and medical distributors.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote Transmedic’s blood therapy solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of blood therapy products and their clinical applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and educate diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
