In this remote, dayshift role, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing product assortments, analyzing market trends, and ensuring our inventory aligns with customer demands.

Responsibility
- Analyze product performance data to identify opportunities for range optimization and growth.
- Maintain and update product category data within internal management systems with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Australian team to execute merchandising strategies and planogram updates.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales trends, margins, and category KPIs.
- Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark our product range against industry leaders.
- Assist in the onboarding of new products and the lifecycle management of existing stock.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in category management, retail operations, or merchandise planning.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with remote international teams.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Understanding of retail dynamics, consumer behavior, and inventory management principles.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
