Responsibility
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Lead internal and external audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality management systems.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and R&D teams to resolve complex quality issues and drive root cause analysis.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Design and execute testing protocols to validate product performance and durability under various conditions.
- Train and mentor team members on quality best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting quality trends and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or high-tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and quality control methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Experience with audit processes and regulatory compliance standards.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt) is a plus.
