Responsibility
- Lead the digital transformation of public transportation systems, defining product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and data insights to refine product features and enhance user experience.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Drive agile development processes, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to optimize delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable tasks.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and iterate on product strategies to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity in all digital solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in Product Management are a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in the tech or transportation sector.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and KPI tracking.
- Experience with digital transformation projects, particularly in public sector or mobility solutions, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management software.
- Passion for innovation, sustainability, and improving public services through technology.
