Responsibility

- Collaborate with engineering, policy, and legal teams to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with AI applications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product operations, trust and safety, or a related role within the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, GenAI models, and their implications for product development and user safety.
- Proven track record of managing complex operational projects, with a focus on risk mitigation and compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
