Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies for Grab's food delivery, dining, and discovery platforms.
- Lead upper-funnel initiatives to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention in Bali's competitive food market.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to optimize user journeys and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for innovation.
- Create and manage high-impact marketing campaigns, including digital, social, and offline channels.
- Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with local partners, restaurants, and vendors to expand Grab's food ecosystem in Bali.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing, preferably in the food or tech industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive user growth and engagement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in a startup or tech company.
- Familiarity with Bali's food and dining landscape is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management tools.
