Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from initial concept and material sourcing to final production.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the bedding/furniture space.
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to create innovative prototypes that align with brand standards and quality requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships and material procurement, ensuring cost-efficiency and supply chain sustainability.
- Analyze product performance data and customer feedback to drive iterative design improvements.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to develop compelling launch strategies and go-to-market plans.
- Oversee product quality assurance processes to maintain brand reputation and compliance with international safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Design, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the furniture, retail, or consumer goods sector.
- Strong understanding of material selection, manufacturing processes, and quality control protocols.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to product decision-making.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for managing supplier relationships.
