Responsibility
- Define and document clear product requirements and user stories to guide development cycles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business vision into a prioritized, actionable product roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional teams including QA and Operations to ensure high-quality, on-time product releases.
- Conduct deep-dive market and user research to identify opportunities for product innovation and growth.
- Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate product health and user engagement, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure technical feasibility by bridging communication between developers and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management or technical project management within the ICT industry.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end product lifecycles in an Agile or Scrum environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data visualization and product analytics tools.
- Experience working directly with software development teams and understanding of modern software architecture.
- A proactive problem-solver with a strong bias for action and attention to detail.
