Responsibility
- Develop and maintain a consistent Product Master across all company branches to ensure uniformity in product data and reporting.
- Analyze product performance metrics, including sales, customer engagement, and market trends, to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Generate data-driven reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making for product development, pricing, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to align product strategies with business objectives and market demands.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to provide actionable insights for product positioning and differentiation.
- Identify inefficiencies in product processes and recommend optimizations to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear, concise manner to drive informed business decisions.
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to product innovation, market expansion, or process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in product management, business analysis, or data analytics, preferably in the ICT or tech industry.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for problem-solving and process optimization.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
