Responsibility
- Create, edit, and optimize product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms with high accuracy.
- Ensure all product information (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and attributes) is consistent, SEO-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies to improve product visibility and search rankings.
- Monitor and update inventory levels, pricing, and promotions in real-time to reflect current stock and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to enhance product images, videos, and other multimedia assets.
- Perform quality assurance checks to identify and correct errors in product data, including typos, incorrect categorizations, or missing details.
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., click-through rates, conversion rates) and provide insights to optimize listings.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices for product listing optimization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Listing Specialist, E-Commerce Coordinator, or similar role (1+ years preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in large datasets.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, Lazada, Shopee) and content management systems (CMS).
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and keyword optimization tools (e.g., Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with data entry software, Excel, or Google Sheets for bulk updates and analysis.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
