Responsibility
- Manage and optimize product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia) to ensure accuracy, SEO compliance, and high visibility.
- Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven improvements.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and customer service to ensure seamless order fulfillment, inventory management, and dispute resolution.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and bundling strategies to boost conversion rates and customer retention.
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark pricing, product assortments, and marketing tactics against industry leaders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content (images, descriptions, videos) that enhances brand storytelling and engagement.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on KPIs (e.g., GMV, CTR, ROI) and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on e-commerce best practices, platform algorithm changes, and emerging tools to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or digital sales.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc.) and tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic actions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for vendor negotiations and content creation.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
- Experience with SEO, PPC, or social media marketing is a plus.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
