Responsibility
- Develop and maintain product information databases using advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros).
- Collaborate with product management and IT teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date product data in ERP systems.
- Analyze product data trends and generate reports to support business decisions.
- Standardize and optimize product information workflows to improve efficiency.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Train and support team members on Excel and ERP tool best practices.
- Assist in the integration of new product management tools and systems.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data management, product information, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, automation).
