Responsibility
- Design and develop product prototypes, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and business requirements.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to guarantee product performance, reliability, and safety.
- Optimize existing products for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and user experience.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to streamline production processes.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements.
- Document technical specifications, test reports, and user manuals for internal and external stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during product development and post-launch phases.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry standards to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in product design, development, or testing for software, hardware, or manufactured goods.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) or development tools relevant to the product domain.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to quality control.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma is a plus.
- Knowledge of material science, prototyping, or regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO, CE) for applicable products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
