Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to commercialization, ensuring alignment with consumer needs and business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for innovation.
- Collaborate with R&D, design, and engineering teams to develop prototypes and refine product specifications.
- Coordinate with supply chain and manufacturing partners to ensure timely, cost-effective production.
- Oversee product testing, validation, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional plans.
- Monitor post-launch performance and gather feedback to drive continuous product improvements.
- Present progress updates and insights to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product development, preferably in consumer goods or technology.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in market research tools and data interpretation.
- Excellent project management abilities, with a track record of delivering products on time and within budget.
- Creative problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and user-centric design.
- Proficient in CAD software, prototyping tools, or other relevant technical platforms.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work across departments and with external partners.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and lean product development principles is a plus.
