Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of product consultants to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for electronics products.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching for improvement.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective team management.
- Collaborate with marketing and inventory teams to optimize product availability.
- Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales approaches accordingly.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in electronics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of electronics products and market trends.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work in a contract-based role in Bali.
