Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage the certification process for telecom hardware and software products in compliance with regional and international standards.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, testing laboratories, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate certification submissions.
- Conduct thorough reviews of product specifications, test reports, and compliance documentation to identify gaps or risks.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of certification requirements for target markets, including safety, RF, and legal regulations.
- Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and legal teams to address compliance challenges and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor regulatory updates and industry trends to proactively adjust certification strategies.
- Prepare and present certification status reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Support the MRO and SCM teams in ensuring certified products are seamlessly integrated into supply chain operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field. Advanced degrees or certifications in compliance/regulatory affairs are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product certification, regulatory compliance, or quality assurance within the telecom or electronics industry.
- In-depth knowledge of regional and international certification standards (e.g., FCC, CE, RoHS, local telecom regulations).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical and legal documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Proven ability to manage multiple certification projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with MRO and SCM processes is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site inspections, audits, or stakeholder meetings.
