Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing medical supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock management and reduce lead times.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to streamline order fulfillment and distribution processes.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all procurement activities.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business objectives and operational needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with a proven track record of cost savings.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of medical supply regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
