Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with suppliers for speaker components, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality procurement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with global and local vendors to secure favorable terms and reliable supply chains.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to align procurement strategies with product development and manufacturing needs.
- Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and supplier performance to mitigate risks and optimize procurement decisions.
- Manage inventory levels of speaker components to balance cost efficiency with production demands.
- Conduct regular supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, ethical practices, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare and present procurement reports, including cost analysis, savings, and performance metrics, to senior management.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline procurement processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing or electronics industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing favorable terms with suppliers.
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS) or supply chain management is highly desirable.
