Responsibility
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms and pricing for goods and services.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to purchase order issuance and delivery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., finance, operations, logistics) to align procurement activities with business needs.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives in procurement operations.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to mitigate risks and ensure continuity of supply.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics roles.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., ERP systems, SAP, or similar tools).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong supplier relationships.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Filipino) are a plus.
