Responsibility
- Assist in the end-to-end Buy-to-Pay (B2P) process, including purchase requisitions, order processing, and invoice verification.
- Support vendor evaluation and selection by conducting market research and comparing supplier offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely procurement of materials and services while adhering to budget constraints.
- Help maintain and update procurement databases and tracking systems for accurate record-keeping.
- Assist in contract preparation and review, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and lead times to prevent stockouts or excess supply.
- Participate in cost-saving initiatives by identifying opportunities for bulk purchasing or alternative suppliers.
- Prepare reports and presentations on procurement activities, trends, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of procurement principles, sourcing strategies, and supply chain logistics.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
