Responsibility

  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure materials, equipment, and services as per company requirements.
  • Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant documentation.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to secure cost-effective deals.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and plan procurement activities accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
  • Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, expenditures, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
  • Fluency in English; additional knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
