Responsibility
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure materials, equipment, and services as per company requirements.
- Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant documentation.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to secure cost-effective deals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings.
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and plan procurement activities accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, expenditures, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
- Fluency in English; additional knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
