Responsibility
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Bill of Materials (BOM) for manufacturing processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Implement Agile methodologies to streamline production workflows and improve team collaboration.
- Utilize AWS cloud services to manage data storage, automation, and system integrations for seamless operations.
- Write and debug Visual Basic (VB) scripts to automate repetitive tasks and enhance system functionality.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production processes to identify bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, and quality assurance) to align BOM with project requirements.
- Document process changes, updates, and improvements for compliance and future reference.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards in all technical operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Process Technician, BOM Specialist, or similar role in manufacturing or production.
- Strong proficiency in Bill of Materials (BOM) management tools and ERP systems.
- Hands-on experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) and cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with Visual Basic (VB) or other scripting languages for automation.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-pressure environments.
- Ability to work flexible shifts (morning/night) and adapt to evolving project demands.
