Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze production line quality to ensure adherence to company and industry standards.
- Develop and implement NPI yield control strategies to optimize production efficiency and minimize defects.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and propose corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and present quality reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and trend analyses.
- Facilitate communication between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and internal teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and compliance reviews to maintain certification and regulatory requirements.
- Train and mentor production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or ISO standards.
- Proficiency in using quality management tools and software (e.g., SPC, MSA, FMEA).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Certifications in quality management (e.g., CQE, ISO 9001) are a plus.
