Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the production team to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
- Develop and implement production schedules, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in all production activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, quality control) to streamline operations and resolve bottlenecks.
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
- Train and upskill team members on best practices, new technologies, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a production leadership or supervisory role within manufacturing, logistics, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of improving production efficiency, reducing waste, and meeting targets.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and quality control systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, or production management software.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
