As a Delivery Helper, you will assist drivers in the safe, timely, and efficient transportation of goods, ensuring every delivery meets the highest standards of quality and professionalism. Responsibility
- Assist the driver in loading, unloading, and securing goods for safe transportation.
- Verify delivery documents, including invoices and receipts, to ensure accuracy.
- Inspect vehicles before and after deliveries to confirm they are in optimal working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during pickups and drop-offs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and cargo area.
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations to prevent accidents and ensure compliance.
- Report any delivery issues, damages, or delays to the logistics coordinator promptly.
- Assist with inventory management and tracking of delivered goods as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in logistics or delivery is a plus.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 25 kg).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with Bali’s geography, especially Badung, Canggu, Ubud, or surrounding areas, is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
