Responsibility
- Lead the S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) process to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Develop and execute demand forecasting models to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., order fulfillment, lead times, inventory turnover) to drive continuous improvement.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies to address supply chain disruptions and ensure business continuity.
- Partner with regional stakeholders to align supply chain strategies with market demands and growth initiatives.
- Leverage data analytics and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Mentor and develop supply chain team members to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in S&OP/S&OE processes, demand planning, and inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical devices industry is highly desirable.
- Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or APICS are a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are beneficial.
