Responsibility
- Coordinate with logistics service providers, warehouses, and project teams to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries of materials and products.
- Monitor and track shipments, resolving any delays or discrepancies to maintain schedule adherence.
- Develop and implement efficient routing and transportation strategies to optimize cost and delivery times.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to align on inventory levels, demand forecasting, and supply chain requirements.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including delivery schedules, invoices, and transport logs, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain, proposing solutions to enhance operational resilience.
- Utilize logistics software and tools to manage data, generate reports, and improve decision-making processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to transportation and delivery status.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in transport, logistics, or supply chain coordination, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including freight forwarding, customs regulations, and inventory management.
- Proficient in using logistics management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar tools) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
