Responsibility
- Develop, review, and optimize engineering processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead the preparation of technical proposals, including scope definition, cost estimation, and timeline planning.
- Collaborate with sales, project management, and technical teams to ensure proposals align with client requirements and company capabilities.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed engineering solutions.
- Design and implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
- Prepare and present technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in process and proposal engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in process engineering, proposal development, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of preparing successful technical proposals and tender documents.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in process simulation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or MATLAB).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for client-facing and internal collaboration.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- Familiarity with industry standards (ISO, ASME, etc.) and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
