Responsibility
- Define, develop, and optimize robust process flows for RFSOI and BCD technologies, focusing on device performance, yield, and reliability.
- Lead the integration of new process modules, materials, and equipment into existing and new manufacturing lines.
- Conduct comprehensive electrical characterization, failure analysis, and root cause investigations to identify and resolve process-related issues.
- Collaborate closely with device design, product engineering, and R&D teams to translate design requirements into manufacturable process solutions.
- Implement statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE) methodologies for process monitoring, control, and improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield, reduce costs, and improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the process integration team.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, presentations, and documentation for process development and qualification.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor process integration, with a strong focus on RFSOI and/or BCD technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of semiconductor device physics, wafer fabrication processes (e.g., lithography, etch, deposition, implant, CMP), and characterization techniques.
- Proven track record in successful new product introduction (NPI) and process technology transfer.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab) and DOE methodologies.
- Experience with TCAD simulation tools (e.g., Sentaurus, Silvaco) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
