Responsibility
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) processes for server motherboards, from prototyping to mass production.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to optimize design for manufacturability (DFM) and assembly processes.
- Act as the primary technical interface between the company and key customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product training.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance yield, reduce defects, and streamline production workflows.
- Conduct failure analysis and root-cause investigations, proposing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including process specifications, test reports, and customer-facing materials.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovations in server hardware design and manufacturing.
- Support cross-functional teams in risk assessment and mitigation for new product launches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in process engineering, NPI, or hardware development, preferably in server/PCB industries.
- Proven track record in server motherboard or similar hardware NPI projects.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (SMT, assembly, testing) and quality standards (IPC, ISO).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with global teams and customers.
- Proficiency in technical tools (e.g., CAD, PLM, statistical analysis software) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
