Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and quality assurance teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles.
- Oversee the troubleshooting and resolution of process-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices to maintain consistency and compliance with industry standards.
- Mentor and guide a team of process engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and professional growth.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction and process enhancement.
- Drive sustainability initiatives by implementing eco-friendly practices and reducing waste in manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Masterâs degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in process engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and process simulation tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices in electronics manufacturing.
- Experience with ERP systems, MES, and advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., Industry 4.0, automation).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
