Responsibility
- Optimize rubber molding processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct process audits and recommend improvements based on data analysis.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff on best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in rubber or plastics manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of rubber molding processes, equipment, and materials.
- Proficiency in process optimization tools (e.g., SPC, DOE, FMEA).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar quality standards.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
