Responsibility
- Develop and implement process improvements for EV cell assembly techniques to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot process-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Design and execute experiments to validate new assembly methods and materials.
- Monitor and analyze process performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards in all processes.
- Document and standardize processes to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Provide technical support and training to production teams on new processes and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in automotive or EV manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, particularly in cell assembly or battery production.
- Proficiency in process optimization tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Experience with CAD software and process simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to EV manufacturing.
