Responsibility
- Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including Kaizen, 5S, and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline production workflows.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and minimize defects.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Production, Maintenance) to resolve bottlenecks and optimize resource utilization.
- Conduct time-motion studies and capacity analysis to improve line balancing and throughput.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., OEE, cycle time, yield) and present data-driven recommendations to senior management.
- Support the introduction of new products or technologies by designing scalable and repeatable processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards (ISO, OSHA, etc.).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proven track record in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement projects.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in process mapping, statistical analysis (SPC), and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Experience with CAD, AutoCAD, or simulation software (e.g., SolidWorks, Arena) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities with a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and manufacturing execution tools.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) to liaise with global teams.
