Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions using root cause analysis (RCA) and process mapping.
- Design and execute DOE (Design of Experiments) to validate process improvements and ensure scalability.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., OEE, cycle time, yield) and present performance reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to introduce new products and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other industry standards.
- Train and mentor operators and technicians on best practices and standardized work procedures.
- Drive 5S, Kaizen, and TPM initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or production (preferably in electronics, automotive, or precision engineering).
- Strong proficiency in Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt), Lean Manufacturing, and statistical process control (SPC).
- Hands-on experience with CAD, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks for process layout design.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in Minitab, Excel, or Power BI.
- Familiarity with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and automation tools.
- Strong communication and project management skills to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
