Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the maintenance, repair, and optimization of plant facilities and equipment to ensure operational excellence.
- Lead and execute engineering projects, including planning, budgeting, and timeline management, to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery.
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement innovative solutions.
- Monitor and analyze plant performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery and cost-effective solutions.
- Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in plant facilities maintenance, process engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and maintenance best practices.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives from planning to execution.
- Proficiency in using CAD software, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), and other engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, OSHA regulations, and other industry-specific compliance requirements.
