Responsibility
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions for optimization.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Design and conduct experiments to test new processes or modifications.
- Prepare detailed reports on process performance and recommend actionable insights.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff on best practices.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in process engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the metal or manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab).
- Experience with process simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
