Responsibility
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor and analyze process performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to implement process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Design and conduct experiments to test and validate process improvements.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to operational teams on new processes and technologies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in process engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
