Responsibility
- Ensure the proper implementation and execution of all required processing parameters to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Monitor and analyze process performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and operational staff on best practices and process improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Process Engineer in the chemical or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of process optimization, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using process simulation software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
- Familiarity with ISO, GMP, and other relevant industry standards.
- Willingness to relocate or travel to various sites in Bali as needed.
