Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in operational workflows.
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize processes and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy process improvements.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and control mechanisms.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
- Utilize statistical analysis and modeling tools to forecast trends and support decision-making.
- Provide training and support to staff on new processes and control systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in process analysis, control, or optimization within ICT or a similar industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and process mapping software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with ITIL, ISO standards, or regulatory compliance frameworks is advantageous.
